How to set leaderboard scores in Google Play?

Hello everyone, I have a question about set a leaderboard scores in google play?

I know Google Play have Game Services, but I don't know how to make a leaderboard in Gamesalad connect with Google Play.

By the way, I'm very sorry my categories is mistake, Can you tell me how to change discussion categories? Thank you. :)
