Violating Google's Terms of Service

Hello, I'm a relatively new creator and have been publishing to android. I made a few "hello world test apps" and just recently was emailed the following:
Policy issue: Google Play requires developers to provide a valid privacy policy when the app requests or handles sensitive user or device information. Your app requests sensitive permissions (e.g. camera, microphone, accounts, contacts, or phone) or user data, but does not include a valid privacy policy.
My question is if Gamesalad automatically collects sensitive permissions as stated as I have not implemented any of those things into my apps, mostly because I simply do not know how to.

I believe Game Salad collect telemetry data in order to fix or upgrade the engine. It is doing some stuff on the back-end, and a number of people have been hit with this. Right now the consensus solution is to throw a hand-made privacy policy up basically anywhere you can. There's a number of good examples later in this thread:
