Can i use GS viewer on windows PC with Iphone?

I don't know if the windows version has this build in?
But if yes, how it works on mac is you download the GS viewer on your iphone,
you make sure your on the same network as your pc is, if the viewer is open on your iphone and GS open on your pc you get an extra button on top of he creator on your pc "test on device" (or something like that).

This works great on a mac, but not sure if pc has this feature build in the creator
