Problems logging in for a Pro user

Hey guys,
I'm a paying Pro user, and Gamesalad won't log me in. Customer service doesn't seem to respond either (I wrote them 2 days ago). What's going on???

Have you tried the blue icon in the bottom right corner? What error message are you getting? @ForumNinja should help.
Yea i tried it, nobody is responding there. The error message when logging in into Gamesalad is that my trial period has ended. But when I log into my profile here it shows that I'm a pro member and I have a receipt from my billing.
I'm looking at your ticket now and it has been marked as resolved. You should be able to log in now.
