can't sign APK

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi i am trying to sign my APK i am using windows when i sign my apk it says that it had been signed but when i try to get the signed file it disappears and cannot locate the file i searched the apk threw my c drive and it shows that the apk was created but when i double click the apk it says that the apk had been moved and is not there no more
