How to publish to Apple from a Pc

I understand you have to have a Mac to publish to apple. I'd rather not spend $1,000 right now. Anyone know how to get around this or know how to run iOS on a Windows computer?

You can run macOS in a virtual machine. Here is a link I found with a little googling, if links aren't allowed feel free to remove it mods.

You can publish to Mac from your PC.
Just click the publish button in your creator, sign in, and choose the platform "Mac"
