testing my game

I'm a ways from finished but I'd like to get comments from my friends. Is there a way to trial publish? What I saw on youtube about ad hoc publishing was daunting.

    A simpler route would be to download the GameSalad viewer from the AppStore / Google Play to your mobile device - make sure your computer and your mobile device are on the same Wi-Fi Network - and then you can pass your project over to your device to test.
