Can someone help me here , the resolution need to be 160x144 how do i do that on lets say iphone 5 landscape

That should be all you need. If you want to preview your game with the same size / resolution, you need to add a custom preview resolution of 160x144. (currently this has to be done every time you preview. The next GS update will remember custom preview resolutions).
