Problems with Amazon Fire TV manifest while trying to publish

I am trying to upload the APK to among for the fire tv and once uploaded amazon states that;

'Your APK manifest requires capabilities not present on this device - android.hardware.touchscreen'

On the Gamesalad publishing screen I have checked the box next to the Touchscreen not required box. I have published several Fire TV apps before and haven't come across this problem before?
