Why is this not working?

Trying to change images as well as turning off on game boolean. What am I doing wrong?

    So ''not(game.soundeffects)'' always does a switch like on/off, that is interesting. Just curious why my rules were flawed. But thanks anyway.

    I really dont know why , when i started using gs i made it like you did , but it didnt work , then i learned switch on/off using mod and it worked fine , then i saw a youtube video i think it was one of armelline's tutorials , not(boolean) works like a switch so i replaced the mod with this method and it works good so far :)
