Play Store Beta Test IAP - authentication required

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi Everyone,

Whenever I try to test my in app purchases I keep getting the authentication required error on my Android device. I have added my email to "LICENSE TESTING" section on the developer console so does anyone know what might be happening?

    Did you copy your google play API to the publishing thing and check Google Play for purchases?

    Copy this from your game in google play

    Put it in the services tab

    checkmark
