Fastest Way to Resize Screen Shots for App Store?

Hi, right now I'm using Pixlr to manually change each iPhone, iPad, etc., screen shot to the correct dimensions for the App Store. It takes a long time to do this, so I'm wondering if there's a better or faster way out there? What programs, or websites do you use? Thanks.
