Collide- Bounciness/Ricochet is too much

I have a bunch of actors that bounce off each other when they collide. However intensity is too much. I simply what them to bounce a little. Heck I would remove the bounciness completely even. However changes in the Physics for bounciness ot 0 or -1 doesn't change anything. Any ideas?

Remember to change the bouncines in both actors. A 0.1 or 0.2 bouncines should make them bounce just a tiny bit.

Bounciness goes from 0 to 2, with 0 being no bounce. Remember, the bounciness of BOTH actors colliding creates the bounce effect. So if you want no bounce at all the bounciness of both actors colliding has to be 0.

A completely stiff/rigid material (with no elasticity), for example diamond, falling onto a trampoline or block of rubber will still bounce even though mother nature has turned the diamond's bounciness down to practically zero . . . . like the others have said you need to turn down the bounciness on both objects involved in the collision.
Thanks folks!
Yes bounce can be fractions as in .1 or even .01,1.1 et...
