Can't upload through AppLoader

I've been trying to update my game since last night with no success.
I did everything like I normally would when preparing a game for an update with the previous version of iTunesConnect. Maybe it's because I'm changing the Game Name??
I used the same game name in iTunesConenct as well as when publishing the game through GS.

When uploading the App, ApplicationLoader gives me these errors
"Apple's web service operation was not successful"
"An error occurred saving your changes to the Apple database. This problem may be a transient issue on the Apple side. If the problem persists for more t..."
"The upload process CANNOT be completed for package 381101970.itmsp"

I'm not sure about the uploader, but I've had an unusually large number of errors in the last few days from iTunes... inability to leave reviews, etc. They may be having some issues on their side.

I think it's a problem on their side. Successfully upload an update

I can confirm, I just uploaded within the last couple days with the uploader using GS 8.9
Worked fine.
Upload issues are not rare with apple

i guess you got it working.
I guess i shouldn't type, walk a way and then hit post 10min later
