GameSalad APK Signing WTF

in iPhone and Android Publishing

When I use the APK Signer and complete the signing I get a "APK Signed" but NO FILE!!!! Also when I go to my portfolio on GameSalad the "sign APK" button takes me to a DEAD PAGE.

I've gotten all the way here with NO support from GameSalad and they just keep taking my money.
