Is GameSalad the right tool for creating a Word Game for iPhone/iPad?

I'm new to GameSalad and went through the the beginner's tutorials. I have an idea for a word game where the user would use their fingers on an iPhone/iPad to drag letters from one point to another on the iPhone/iPad screen. Can GameSalad accommodate this? Thanks.

    Thanks for your response. Can you point me to any reference material or tutorials on using GameSalad to build a Word game?
