CHARTBOOST LOCKED MY ACCOUNT

Hey @Dan_Chartboost, I am unable to log into my Chartboost account. I received this email 2 days ago:

We noticed abnormal activity and/or details on your account or associated
account that violate the Chartboost Terms and Conditions here:
http://hello.chartboost.com/e/47402/les-200780239-Terms-Conditions/33ydcq/139244095

Our data shows that the users of your published apps who are installing
the advertised games are not real users, but rather the same person or
group fraudulently generate earnings.

Your login, publishing, and advertising capabilities have been turned off
and you will not be receiving payment of the earnings balance.

If you believe this is an error, please make sure to include clear and
relevant information in your reply in order to receive a response.

I follow up with an email right away but gotten no response as I'm sure this is a mistake of some sort:

There must be a mistake. I didn't do any downloads or enlist any 3rd party to perform any ads download. Also, I don't see any abnormal or high volume of downloads from any of my games to warrant my account for being flagged or suspended. Please investigate that the right account is under question as well as provide any specific reporting data that may suggests so.
