Using text I would do it this way:
In the actor showing the score variable create a self.Divisor attribute (integer). Drag out 3 instances of that actor where you want your 3 numbers. Go into each instance change its self.Divisor to '10' for the 10th's place digit, '100' for the 100th's place digit, and so on.This VIDEO shows how to do it using images (for a custom font look)

One way would be to take the variable for the number and split it into 3 attributes for 100ths 10ths and 1's and display them separately.
