Publishing on iOS from Windows

Hi Folks,
Now I know to use app loader etc you need a mac but I'm quite sure I read somewhere that there is work around to allow uploading via another or something along those lines. Anyone know? (I don't own a mac, never will, hate those things but would love to publish on iOS)
