Android Viewer not working.

I installed the application from the Google Play store and I read the cookbook on how to set it up. It looked very straight forward. Anyway, I clicked the icon and it was loading ... then application crashes. i tried doing it with Wifi and USB and I keep getting the same results

Better to contact Customer Support using the question mark in the lower right as it's more likely an individual issue and not a global one. If we can't work through the issue there or it looks like a global thing we can always create a bug report then.
