Cutoff Behind transparent actor?

Assume I have 3 actors
1 transparent (actor A)
2 non-transparent (Actor B and C)

I need the transparent actor to be "above" Actor B in a way where it look like it has been cut-off in the shape of Actor A while at the same time not effecting Actor C at all.

What does this transparent actor (A) look like ? It is simply a default square actor ?

It's not a square, it's a small 48x48 ghost. In this case I think the shape of the actor doesn't really matter, since we're talking visuals not collisions.

And what does this image look like, is it a white ghost on a transparent background ?
