Directing Game to Review Page

Is there a direct link you can send player to, so they can leave a review directly??
or the best we can only do, is to send them to your games home page on the app stores and hope they can work it out where to go themselves??

it took me ages to work out i should be opening "https://" and not "http://"
but all seem to work well now
