Is Gamecenter supposed to post the scores in a beta version? Or is it ok if it is not and all it says in not ranked yet?

PS. Is it possible to make money through beta?

Hi thanks for the response. My iPhone does not give an option for sandbox just logging. How do I fix this?

So upon further reading apple got rid of sandbox and using testflight everything should work as it would for a live game. Make sure you have your gamecenter stuff setup correct. When adding leaderboard names et.. Make sure to type them in and not open the expression editor, this causes issue.

Yes Game Center opens and it does its job for the most part. The only thing it doesn't do is show the high scores. It just says "Not Ranked", I just wanted to make sure that that meant it was working and wanted confirmation, yes?

That doesn't sound right. It should post the highscores. Make sure then you entered the leaderboard name you didn't open the expression editor and type it in. Just click the name field without opening the editor and enter it.
