Hey guys I have a problem on my laptop when I want make rest factory everything is ok when I click reinstall to software ( El Captain ) also everything is ok but the the problem the download is failed cause the internet is poor so I said to my self i'll download this software later and I make shutdown to my laptop and when I back to download this software I turn on the laptop and I see a black screen ( starting Internet recovery...) and after that the wifi is connection to starting Internet recovery but after some minuets I see this error ( apple.com/support - 2002f.

Guys I know this problem is out this community but really i need help if someone has any solution about this problem

And my game is completed and after some days I'll publishing on the AppStore but when this problem happened to my I said to my self my dream is gone ...

I wish to found someone help me...

You could have a damaged hard drive or something else causing this. One thing to try is to hold down the option key while starting up your computer in order to get to the Startup Manager. If your hard drive appears there, click on it to boot to that drive. If your system still won't load or your drive doesn't appear, then you need to contact someone who provides Mac Tech Support.
