Can't sign Android APK

Please help! I searched the forums and found this question a lot, but haven't seen any answers:

I'm running windows and can't sign my android apk. The gamesalad guides are all full of dead-links or are just plain wrong on where things are supposed to be. Any help would be great.

I used this guy when I first started and did not have access to a mac

I had that problem with windows. By any chance do you enter your password and it asks for another password?

Make sure your keyboard is set to english when you create your keystore and when you enter it in signing.
