Possible Android fragmentation issue?
I've built a machinist calculator app using Gamesalad. I've had 3 complaints (out of 4000 Android downloads) that my buttons are unresponsive. The 3 phones affected are the Samsung note 5, the One plus One running Android 5.1.1 with a cyanogen mod build, & an LG G2. I was able to determine that the LG G2 issue was caused by an accessibility option called "Touch Zoom". This option, which is built into most LG phones, allows the user to Zoom in when they tap on the screen 3 times. For some reason this option rendered my app useless. Once the option was turned off it worked perfectly.
I'm unable to determine what is causing the other 2 phones to have issues since I don't have a device to test on. Has anyone else had any experience with this type of troubleshooting?
My app is also released on iTunes. I've not had any issues with button usability from iphone users, but I do see quite a bit more lag when switching to a pause scene on iphone & ipod than I do on my 2 year old Android device.
If you have a Samsung note 5 or a One plus One and would like to help out, you can download the free app here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pluckedstudios.calculator
Thank you,
Shane

This feature is in almost every Android device. Not just LG devices. It's just that almost every device has this turned off by default.

Can anyone help verify this on other android devices?
I've seen this in almost every Samsung device.
If the feature is turned off, it's not an issue. But if it's on, there's a slight delay when tapping stuff on the screen.
I know this, because i often need to use it.
