Apple rejects my drinking game!

I been trying to publish my game to App Store but they rejected it:

From Apple
2.18 - Apps that encourage excessive consumption of alcohol or illegal substances, or encourage minors to consume alcohol or smoke cigarettes, will be rejected

Your app appears to promote inappropriate consumption of alcohol. Specifically, your app contains games which direct users to drink a specific amount.

They have many similar drinking games on appstore...
Any ideas what could i do?

Make a new app? Remove the point of your game? You could put in a warning that says, "Alcohol should be handled responsibly (stuff stuff stuff like that)". I would just work on a new game

Maybe increase the rating? Not ideal but that may be less work than retooling your game.

Have you considered the potential liability you are exposing yourself to? Especially when you don't have the protection of a corporate shield.

You will defiantly have to rate adult. There are many drinking games in the App Store.
