Is there a video guide for setting up a leaderboard scene and implement gamecircle on PC?

I tried creating a scene for my leaderboards, then followed a video guide on implementing gamecircle so that it worked on the play store, but had no luck. When I downloaded the game and went to the leaderboard scene it just showed a black screen.

Does the app actually have to be published on Amazon Kindle as well as google play?
Is there a guide on setting up the scene for leaderboards and showing how to use the leaderboard/achievement rules for Android, on a PC?
