Leaderboard not posting the first time to GameCenter?

Hello -

I invited a friend to test fly my upcoming app. His score did not post on the first attempt to the leaderboard. His second attempt did. What's up?

Game specifics are as follows:
-High score starts at zero and is saved on a table.
-Platform login is the first command invoked on the logo screen (before the splash screen).
-If Game Over is true, then Platform Post Score is invoked.

Any ideas as to why this occurred? Thanks, regards.
