Is anyone experiencing instability with Gamesalad?

Hello,

My Gamesalad (v0.13.47), is acting flaky. There is a top menu bar that has duplicated and is in an odd place on every screen. Also I populated a scene with images, and attempted to create a brand new scene, only to have the first scene duplicate.
Does anyone have an explanation?
