what version of windows? and what version of IE?
It's using nw.js to wrap the html5 game into a package. The problems usually come down to how NW.js is handled by the machine

@jonmulcahy, Unfortunately my game has a number of problems when on HTML 5. Have you investigated a possibility of existence of wrappers for other platforms, like maybe there a way to turk Android app to .exe or Mac app?
A Long Way Home will be part of the IndieGala bundle starting June 14th. Pay what you want and get a bunch of stuff I'll post a reminder when it starts
"To get this to work, I took the generated HTML5 project and removed the .m4a references. For the original m4a music files, I switched those to .ogg and make sure the file sizes matched. "
Can some enlighten me what this actually means? I have same problems now and feeling hopeless as I cant get this to work..

If you look in the gameproj file in the HTML5 export you will see two sets of audio for each of our audio files m4a and ogg.
This is because some browsers support ogg sound file and some support m4a sound files.
The HTML5 wrapper apps both use chromium as a base and support ogg, so yo don't need the m4a files.
If you are on Mac, to look in the game project you will need to right click on the .gameproj file and click "Show Package Contents"
this is a blast from the past. I went to my old steam page today and saw my app was 32bit, so it won't run on the latest version of OS X. I generated a new HTML5 build today, going to see if I can capture the lighting again and get an updated build submitted. I remember nothing :)

p.s. I don't see HTML5 in a list of available publishing platform. Was it removed?

You need to have PRO to publish.

There is an option to publish Mac Apps.
Not a known way to make them .exe, though, as far as I am aware.
