MAJOR ISSUE WITH APP STORE

Okay, so I selected ARM7 only and yet Apple have released Max Vector for all iDevices. It will NOT run on anything less than a 3GS properly... this is going to open me up for a whole heap of negative reviews... what's the point of having the ARM7 only option if it doesn't do anything?!?!?!?!
I just checked iTunes Connect and it says "requires ARM7" and yet I managed to install it on my 2G iPod....
What should I do?

My sales reports for last 2 days have gone crazy, and dont make any sense. Says Im getting pretty good download numbers in a whole heap of countries, but theyre all saying that the royalty and customer price are zero. The app is meant to be priced at 99c.
I checked, and it says 99c on iTunes appstore.... so Im confused as to whats going on.
Im even more confused though, as its not showing up on either paid or free charts, and the numbers for the past 2 days are similar to when i tested it at free for a couple of days at the beginning of the month, and they got me into the top 200 free games.
Ive contacted Apple to find out what the situation is..... but am I being a bit thick or something... does Apple automatically set updates to apps as free for a couple of days?

Good luck with sales nonetheless

I think the way Aplle looks at it is this;
Would it play on an iPod? Answer - Yes, 3rd Gen
Would it play on an iPhone? Answer - Yes, 3GS and above.
Would it play on an iPad? Answer - Yes
Therefore, your game is compatible with all devices.
Just make sure ther blurb covers this and people cant complain.
Cheers
I have updated the description in BIIIIG letters so should be A OK. I think I caught it in time...
then it should work. When you submit your application to itunes you also need to check a box stating specific hardware required.
I think that is how to block different devices but you need the source code which GS does not give us
A lot of iPhone users have no clue what model phone they have, so the description may not work for all users and you will get bad reviews.
Is there any way to test for the slowness without an actual older device, btw?
