Please Help

I have recently downloaded a free template called The Crate Tower from http://thedeveloperdepot.com. Its a great template and I have added many of my own features to it already, but i wanted to try and add a feature that would automatically spawn a set amount of crates perfectly on top of the ones below after placing a set amount of crates close to perfect, to act as a boost of sorts. If anyone could look at the template and see if you can figure out how this might be done it would be greatly appreciated.
