Project File Size

I'm working on a project and its size was already at 40MB. I wasn't fully satisfied about the last 10 levels so i deleted them, thinking i should save some MB's now. But it had only minor influence. 38/39MB. So i wanted to do i little test.

I delete all of my images, scenes and actors (almost same as a blanco project) and saved it again to see the project size.
It still was 7MB, but there's nothing in it. A new blanco file is around 20KB.

What should i do, continue with my existing project file or start a new one?

Nope, haven't even started with audio yet.

You'll have to dig into each folder inside the project bundle to see where the space is being used.

Levels take very little room. ON the other hand, actors with lots of rules take a lot of space. I deleted a handful of actors full of dozens of behaviors and rules{so many that the little scrolling bar is a tiny rectangle.) As they are leftovers from experiments last year, managed to drop the game size by 15mb.

I was always aware that graphics and sound take a lot(10 to 30mb each), but was surprised how little levels did{they are using existing assets anyway), but actors was the opposite surprise. Be efficient with actors, and delete any duplicates or unused actors, and delete any unused rule/group/behavior boxes too.
