A Massive Gamesalad Community Project

What are your thoughts of a massive gamesalad game project. If your curious by what I mean, here's an explanation.
What if, a lot of people in the GS community posted an idea of a obstacle, hero, villian, location, power ups, simplistic storyline/plot, etc. to all form together a single game made up of all user submitted content and ideas. People could even submit some graphics (within reason of course). I feel it would be pretty cool to see an outcome like that. Would anyone want to be apart of something like that? Nothing serious.

Who would code it? If it's the community how would good logic from bad logic be determined if someone is dead set on their ways? What if the outcome points to a different direction in a week from the start? How would the project be managed since this isnt comparable to a fork/pull request in github? Basically one project would have to be passed around. When it is time to publish who would do so, and would any revenue be created?

Who would code it?
The host of the entire project. The one who requests assets/ideas.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this question. If it involves programming, that's really up to the host/developer. Regular releases and updates would be posted to show progress as evidence of work and would be a good way to receive Q&A and suggestions (Programmatically).

There would be a set deadline. For example, after 2 weeks no longer ideas or art will be accepted.

The game development is developed by the host as stated above, so the project would not be passed around. But regular updates would be posted to the main forum.

As for publishing, it would be released by the host of the project. No revenue as I doubt people would want to go through a legal process. So it would basically be published to the GameSalad Arcade to avoid any complications.
Just a side note, this is only a "what if" question, I wouldn't be up for hosting it, but I would like to be apart of it by submitting an idea or two.
Was I able to make more sense of this?
Yeah you guys should get an unfuddle account, set up milestones, invest in a server farm, the works.
If it's a community thing...don't make it complicated.
