Can't purchase GameSalad PRO?

Hi guys,
I'm trying to upgrade to PRO now but it won't let me complete the checkout process.
- I've added it to my cart
- I've logged in via PayPal
- I click the continue button at the bottom
- Takes me to a new page where I have to double check my order
- I click the "Confirm your order" button
- It takes me back to the previous page with all the billing information (it still says I am paying with PayPal)
It just loops these 2 pages and I have no idea why.
