Hi guys this is my first game. It is still in the early ages of development and still has a few bugs in it. I would like for you to help me by telling me what you like/dislike about the game and how I can improve it.
This is the link for playing it http://gamesalad.com/game/play/69975
I hope you like it, but as I say it is still being made!

For some of us, the journey is infinitely more valuable than the single end-product. But the best would be to cherish both just as much!
Here's wishing you every success.
Say, have you checked out The Silver Lining? Completely free fan-made continuation for King's Quest.
Ok, enough of hijacking threads... back to the topic. (Apologies ^_^)
I liked the graphics and the look in the game itself. The movement could do with some work, I would suggest increasing the drag so the ship doesn't drift sideways so much. Also I was a little surprised it was game over after killing one enemy. Maybe 'space duel' rather than 'space quest'.
Good work so far though.
good points, looks like you've taken the spaceship tutorial game and adapted it to make your game, into a bigger scrolling scene. Like the cartoony graphics of the ships.
This is purely so you get some feedback, not being nasty..as it plays well enough.
Bad points: when you hit a planet, you lose a life but still continue flying through it... make it so you bounce off the planets/moons/suns.
The score would look nicer with a custom text, search the forum, as someone made a nice tutorial on how to do it.
Your menus could look a lot nicer, smaller sleeker buttons, animate the button presses, an image for over, pressed and released...Just to add more polish.
Also as others have said, I win after killing one ship, maybe add more goals, bonus features, new weapons, a destination to complete the game rather than just killing other ships.
Well done so far, and look forward to seeing the updated version... right my better half has just cooked dinner and we are about to watch the new BBC Sherlock series which looks awesome...
night...
