Need Expert to Upload Game - PAID!!

Hello!
I have a game 100% completed. I need someone to upload my game to App Store and Google Play Store. Also it has IAP so those need to be done when uploading and Ad networks ad well.
If anyone can complete this that would be great! I have no experience uploading games so these 3 areas I need to hire someone to do. .. Thanks!

Do you have your own developer accounts? ie Apple, Google. If you are wanting to hire someone it's better to put "Paid" in your thread title.
