Android Publishing problem

i'm working on a project for android..during publishing it asks something about sdk 10,12etc...after generating apk and sigin in..
if i install in my device..it's getting installed but isn't running in my device. any suggestions about it??
i use jellybean..

    I use 4.4(Kitkat) and it works fine for me when I leave it on sdk 10 as Minimum SDK level.
    did you do similar steps as described here http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/87569/signing-and-zip-aligning (in the 2nd comment)?
    When I installed my android sdk, i selected to install all available versions (by ticking all of them can't remember what they were but there were a lot it took me over 2 hrs to wait for it to download it all).
    This is for PC by the way, if you're on MAC then sorry, can't be any help there.

    i'm pc user and i did all cook book instructions before a month.
    i think it has to do something with resolution independence..cause the ios supports it and android doesn't sadly :/

    I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with resolution independence.
    Witch .apk did you install. The signed, or the unsigned?

    It has to be the signed .apk.
