Hello All;
I bought Game Salad Cretor Pro to spesifically publish my game. After I have bought that, I can't publish because it keeps telling me I'm not logged in. I restarted my pc, restarted program, logged in/out and still each time I try to publish says "You're not logged in" and kicks me out. I just payed up so this is uber frustrating.

I just realized I can't open a ticket about publishing too, whenever I click on help page it logs me out

What didn't work? clearing the cache and relog? The support chat window ? Submitting a support ticket at http://support.gamesalad.com/ website? OR all of the above?

clearing and cache and relog didn't help me, I opened a ticket, will simply have to wait for people to get back to me.
Gotcha, yes its Sunday today so I'm sure you will be reached by tomorrow or the next, depending if the staff got a 3-day weekend or not for 4th of July.

Friday was our holiday so we'll be in the office tomorrow.
Are you using the latest Windows version 13.28? That should have fixed the issue where the publishing page wasn't getting the correct information.
Hi, it says my version is 13.27 but when I check for updates it says my software is upto date. Should I uninstall and re download it?
For all who might encounter this problem later, reinstalling solved my problem. Note that the version was showing up to date but it wasn't. I encountered this problem on Windows. I guess topic can be closed now and thanks for really fast support.
Facing the same problem for past couple of days..still it isn't resolving...i use 0.13.28,
i even tried clearing my browser cache.
how to report in support(pro publishing and pro creator) if it don't even log in
