Is this possible?

Not far off publishing my first iOS app. Just wondering...if I publish it for free would Apple allow me to change it to a paid app later if I wanted to? I've been looking through the T&Cs but can find no info on this.
I am aware that this is not possible on Google Play Store, once free, free forever!
Any help appreciated

@strag, yes, with Apple you can change from free to any paid tier and vice versa.

I just read that if you want to change it to Paid on Google Play, you have to create a new app with a different package name.
@Hopscotch Thanks for that, good to know!
@tintran Yes that's the only way on Google Play, the only problem with that is you loose all your download stats and store position etc.
You don't 'lose' them, you start over with a different app
yeah i personally think that google play permanently free kind'a sucks.
if I had an app that was so popular and got like millions of free downloads, and I wanted to change it to $0.25, couldn't do it and keep the stats.
It'd be nice if you could change it so that you can advertise it as "free for a limited time, download now before it's too late" so that you can get more downloads and then when the right time or number of downloads is reached you can change it to a little priced to make a little ...
@ant_lad Well...yes. But if you want to keep an app exactly the same but just change it to a paid app you would need to submit a new version and then delete the original. Otherwise why would anyone buy it if the previous free version still existed?
