Timer Bug?

Has anyone else noticed this? If you are using a timer to delay a rule that would force creator to issue a pop up message (could be IAP, Platform Behaviours, iADs) The second rule is not fired?
Download this sample project and look at the rules, if there is no timer, the rules fire as expected but if you add a timer to the second behaviour, it wont fire.
Try it with the first rule and switch it off and use the second rule...

Is that just in preview? How about viewer and adhoc?

Yes, I think this might be the reason I'm going crazy. I'm getting very mixed results in the creator and IOS viewer. Android ad hoc is even weirder, it's just not triggering half my rules it seems and I'm not new to this.
I haven't tested it in adhoc yet. I've just noticed it in Creator Dave. Ive got a little on right now and dont really have time to fiddle with this right now otherwise id test it further. But somethings not right there. Hopefully its a Creator issue and goes no further. That said, it still shouldn't be like this in Creator either.

If you increase the timer delay to 0.4 or up it works.

Yeah I was just asking to narrow the bug parameters.

@Lovejoy looks to be right, it seems to be failing to trigger if the delay is small enough. Definitely need to submit a bug report on it @gingagaming!

I use short timers for a lot of critical things. This might be a game breaker. @BlackCloakGS
