Finished game - what next?

Hello , I'm working on a PC. I would like to publish a finished game on Android. Is there any "for dummies" tutorial?
1) how to setup Chartboost in the game?
2) do I have to have a company to earn money with Chartboost ads ? or is it a question for Chartboost forum?
3) how do I set up my Android Phone? I can't get the Viewer to work
4) when apk gets generated or signed do I need a google account on the Google Market? Do I need a company? Or is this a question for Google Market?

I've seen some of this steps explained , but never in the right/complete order. Not even for the Mac users, they don't have all the steps put together either. But they do have more tutorials

2. No, you can be an individual.
3. I wouldn't use the viewer, AdHoc testing is a lot easier and more reliable.
4. You need a google developer account to publish and generate apks - entrepreneur or corportation. https://play.google.com/apps/publish/

so , based on your advice

as I understand, these are the steps to publish a free app on Android:

1. Enable advertising in Change scene behaviour (if I want interstitial ads)
2. Create Google developer account (there is a tax at this step)
3. Create a keystore
4. Do ad-hoc testing
5. Create Chartboost account (go through the 4 steps they send via email)
6. Publish to Google Market (this is were I need an Icon, Name, Url etc)

is this right?
