Please help! GS keeps crashing on preview

As the title suggests when I try to preview my game it crashes. I've saved multiple files prior to crashing and all those files are now corrupt as well. I've followed tips for the forum and other websites to optimize my games like removing physics etc and this problem has been replicated over multiple projects.
I'm fairly new to GS so I've just been making simple games (endless runners, flappy bird clones etc) to learn my way around GS. I did not add any images, but did use a couple of sound files (no background music though).
Does anyone have a solution to this issue? Thanks for your time.

What version of Windows Creator are you using? If you're not using 13.25 you should try updating to it since it improves stability with native preview.
Have you been sending BugSplat reports when you crash? If you do, please fill in your e-mail address so we can match them up.
If you're already using the latest version or if upgrading to the latest version doesn't solve your problem it would help for us to take a look at your project. Creating a bug and attaching a zip of your project directory is probably the best way to get it to us.
Hi George thanks for getting back to me. I updated my version to 13.25 yesterday and played around with it for a bit to see if I could replicate the problem. I created a new project and It was working fine for a while (as usual) but has now started to crash again.
I have followed your advice and created a bug report and attached my project zip file under Bug 1194.
Please let me know if there's anything else you need from me, thanks!
suzukisteven I am having the same problem, I found out that if you do a html5 preview it will not cras.
@expertmc yeah I do know that previewing it in html5 makes it work, but it doesn't play any of the sounds that I've used in my project. Does that happen with yours?
Additional info: I've sent a copy of my project file to a friend with GS to have him try it, and when he previews the game he doesn't experience any crashing.
