Animation doesn't work with Move To behaviour

in Working with GS (PC)

I have a chef that is going to be patrolling the kitchen, gave him a 24fps animation and it plays nicely when using MoveTo but only in the beginning and the end of the move, in the middle he just glides through the kitchen without moving at all. What may be the problem?

    How does he glide without moving at all ?

    Withou moving in the animation. He does two steps, glides with one leg forward (still frame from the animation) and then does two steps again.

    I figured that out, it was a flaw in my logic, sorry :)
