Error in Installation (Need someone to Install to my developer account.)

I have tried to installed 2 of my games and I received both an error. One I wasn't able to complete because it stated an error. Then I was able to do one but Apple state meta errors. I really need help to install my games to the Google Play and Apple. I am willing to pay for services.
