Application Loader won't take my BI

I have my game already it is signed and compressed into a zip file and I have application loader but when I try to choose my application I choose it and in the "Reviewing Application" window it says it cannot connect to the app store and it also says to verify my bundle identifier. My bundle identifier has worked for everything else but for some reason it will not work now. Please help!
