create a team for a big project

Hello to everybody!My name is Angelo and I'm Italian.I realised a game for children learning that is called "tappeto universale" (registered as "Universal Carpet" for copyright), useful at school and home. This particular game is divided in 2 different parts:

• a real carpet that you put on the floor and walk on
• an application for pc or touch devices to have exact guidelines to play with the carpet
  At the moment, I have a partnership with a company in Italy, linked below(1)), interested in manufacturing and distribution of it, in my country.
  I've also linked below, the address to get to the game, for a free trial!(2))
  With the particular carpet design you can do many things which are explained on the page of my website called Computerando linked below as well(see point 3)).
  I'm looking now for smart and talented people on GameSalad who want to become members of the team and believe in this project. I tell the truth : you won't get any money feedback, at the very first steps of this development process, that's why we'd better wait until the project is successfully done in each part of it.
  After that, every single member will have a percentage of the product, in terms of sales.
  The people I'm looking for, are designers, technician of games field and programmers.
