Unable to Install - .dll failed to register

OK so the free version installed .net and Visual Studio successfully but when I go to install Games Salad I get a message saying that a DLL failed to register. It gave me the option to retry or ignore so after trying retry multiple times I chose ignore. When I then tried to open the application it gave me the following message module C:\program files\GameSalad\GameSaladCreator\GSpreviewerr.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147024769. contact your support personnel.

Can someone help? my little boy is crazy desperate to try this platform! Note I am on an old PC with Vista

    Unfortunately we no longer support Vista with the 0.13.14 build. We support window 7 or higher.
