I've a problem with the Rule in GameSalad on Windows

When I see tutorials from creators on Mac I see them make a Rule and get this: http://postimg.org/image/xqnx273ch/
But when I'm do this on Windows I get this: http://postimg.org/image/dbcfyuvg9/

Where does the 'Actor receives event', 'mouse position' and 'is inside' go to? Can I select them from another thing or can't I use them at all.

Can someone tell me how I fix this or how I can do this on an other way?
